ICHP is a statewide professional organization whose members include pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and other pharmacy professionals who serve as members of healthcare teams in Illinois' hospitals and health-systems. ICHP products and services help our members provide safe and effective care for their patients, as well as advance the profession of pharmacy.

ICHP publishes the KeePosted™ a digital newsjournal and the Pharmacy Tech Topics™ accredited continuing pharmacy education modules (print and online subscriptions at Pharmacy Tech Topics™).

ICHP has an online presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
The Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. All of the continuing pharmacy education offered provides participants with ACPE credit. ICHP provides continuing pharmacy education, including state required CE, for both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians through live presentations and home-study programming at our On Demand CE webpage and Pharmacy Tech Topics™.
Q. Are my payments to ICHP tax deductible?
ICHP is a 501 (c) 6 not for profit organization, and as such is not tax exempt, and is not a charitable organization. However, if a member of ICHP itemizes deductions on their federal income tax, they may be able to deduct the portion of dues and meeting registration fees, if they and other professional related expenses, exceed 2% of their gross income. Please refer to the IRS Code.
Q. How can I get more involved with ICHP as a volunteer?
